Friendly staff, convenient bag storage, 5 min walk to underground. Comfortable room, soft bed, effective curtains, minimal traffic noise. Perfect for British Museum, short walk to Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Adjacent Swan pub enjoyable for drinks and dinner. Accommodating French staff helped us get desired room. Spacious room, lacking fridge. Nice bar with friendly staff.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to a hospital and within walking distance to some great restaurants and numerous transport links in the Waterloo area. The room was clean and equipped with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was convenient.
The coffee machine was frequently broken, which resulted in disappointing cups of coffee.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were accommodating, great to check in earlier than expected. The room, despite being described as small, was actually quite spacious and had enough room for our belongings. The hotel's location near Russel Square and Holborn train stations made it convenient to explore the city. being within walking distance of popular attractions like Covent Garden and Oxford Street was a major plus.
Apart from that, there were no major issues or concerns.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The staff at reception were helpful and accommodated my change in room request. The room itself was clean, with contemporary decor and excellent facilities. The en-suite was a good size, with polished chrome fittings and a great shower. The toiletries provided were of good quality and replenished daily. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with no expense spared. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, close to shopping, theaters, and sightseeing. Transportation was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore most places in the city.

I was actually surprised by my recent stay at Mercure. The room was small, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The information provided was clear and the cleanliness was great. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, delicious and had a good selection.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, only a short walk from Holborn tube and close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I was impressed with the service I received from the staff. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and a hair dryer. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. The terrace was also lovely and provided a peaceful spot to relax.
For families, I recommend this place. The staff at the receptionist could benefit from further training in customer service, but otherwise, everything was great.
